Mckenzie Crawley Gardens Mckenzie Crawley Gardens, formed a magic place to lie, beneath the places in the sky, of the very high. Mckenzie Crawley Gardens, with the people and the sky, there is sunshine in their eyes, they're very high. And no one worries about the words you say, and no one worries about the fall of may, and no one worries about anything at all. And no one worries about the fall of june, we hadn't let it bother us at man on the moon, and no one worries about any thing at all. Did you see the hedge maze, you've been standing in the hall, can't you see the people, aren't their hats so tall. Mckenzie Crawley Gardens, formed a magic place to lie, beneath the places in the sky, of the very high. And no one worries about the words you say, and no one worries about the fall of may, and no one worries about any thing at all.

The Benevolent Miser Edgar Arthur Stiff Walking through a dreary seaside town, where everything was gone, or not around. How particularly gloomy to see a hearse, quite honestly I could think of nothing worse. Than being buried somewhere so normal, with out a view, there must be something else that I could do. I got fingers poking through the holes in me gloves, Well I could say that this is more than enough, Billions of pounds collected under 'me' bed for something grand when I am cold and dead. Here lies the Benevolent Miser Edgar Arthur Stiff, A city of gold large neon and gold, built with money he could not leave with, he's coated in gold, in silver and gold, he's standing in the market square, in a city so large that you can see it from space, so everybody knows that he was there, and everybody knows he really cared. Standing above the mantelpiece a shelf, Edgar Arthur waits all by himself, Stanley Bothington Minor arrives at 4.o clock, to take care of the will, and any assets he's got. I've got fingers poking through the holes in me gloves, well I can say that this is more than enough, billions of pounds collected under me bed, for something grand when I am cold and dead.

The Professor Reginald Barnaby Jones Oh the professor, Dr Reginald Barnaby Jones, never was lonely, because he never was alone. He had a human skeleton, in his office by the telephone. Oh the professor, Reginald Barnaby Jones. Dr Reginald Barnaby Jones, he never was alone, he had a human skeleton, your skeleton is made of bones, your skeleton is made of bones, your skeleton is made of bones. He wasn't a professor of Medicine, or anything you'd expect, he wasn’t a professor of unicorns, at least not yet! at least not yet, at least not yet, at least not for now..! Oh the Professor Reginald Barnaby Jones, was ever so likely to enter the Twilight Zone, whether in an interest in time travel, alternate dimensions, or L.S.D, if reality is a cage, then the doctor has a key.

Melody Lane Melody Lane, don't you remember the good old days? Melody Lane, don't you remember their simple ways? Don't you wish those days were here? couldn't we just turn back the years? Don't you wish those days were here? to start again. Melody Lane, what a lovely way to spend an afternoon, Melody Lane, casually walking around a park with you. I've got my souvenirs, to days no longer here, couldn’t we just turn back the years, and start again. Melody Lane, what a lovely way to spend an afternoon, Melody Lane, casually walking around a park with you. I've got my souvenirs, to days no longer here, couldn’t we just turn back the years, and start again. I've got my souvenirs, to days no longer here, couldn’t we just turn back the years, and start again: When we were young, the day was long. Melody Lane, I'm sad because I don't know when I'll see you again, Melody Lane, Make sure that you take care of yourself until then. I've got my souvenirs, to days no longer here, couldn’t we just turn back the years, and start again: when we were young the day was long…..!

Mill Road Reflections Melody Lane rides, her strange bicycle to the shops, her eyes shine silver, with grey milk bottle tops. for a make believe wonderland, sugar and lollypops, but a grey sunday morning is all that she's got, as she makes her way past church. Mill Road Reflections on a summers day, watching the people who are on their way, to where ever they're going, from where ever they've been, if its sunny they lie on the green. Ernest opens the antique shop, then he starts to check the clocks, he does so with a satellite watch, for accuracy in relation to the nature of time, so when they chime its at the same time.

And Yours is the Museum of the Future Walking past the old museum, Lots of people paid to see them, practically useless old inventions, very useful in their time. If you have a good idea, once surpassed it will end up here, proudly abandoned locomotive, very useful in its time. Time is always moving, all the time! That catching up is death and in your mind, If you have a good idea build it today! Fill the museum of the future your own way, fill the museum of the future. Sat inside the old museum, all of my surpassed ideas, these are my old inventions, these are my left behinds….! Sat inside the old museum, lots of people paid to see them, practically useless old inventions, very useful in their time.

Tripod the Three Legged Cat Tripod the Three Legged Cat, Why did you hobble away? Tripod the Three Legged Cat, where did you hobble today? Tripod the three legged cat, didn't like the rain, Tripod the three legged cat, was often heard to say, oh isn't it a shame. He often had difficulty standing up, when the wind blew the wrong way, he looked absurd in his anorak which was patternless and grey. Tripod the Three Legged Cat, built a boat in a day, Tripod the three legged cat, happily sailed away. Tripod the Three Legged Cat Why did you hobble away? Tripod the Three Legged Cat Where did you hobble today….?

Terence the Badger Terence was a badger and a high class one at that, he used to wear a suit and a large top hat, he used to eat biscuits with a cheshire cat. Terence was a badger, Terence was a badger, who thought he was a man. Terence was a badger who lived in the woods he spoke ever so well, his breeding was good, but terence was a badger, living in the woods. Terence was a badger Terence was a badger who thought he was a man. Terence oh Terence, why would you want to be a man? isn't it better living of the fat of the land? doing as little as you like because you can, just eating as much as you can, oh you couldn't understand, etc..... Terence was a badger and a high class one at that, he used to wear a suit and a large top hat, he used to eat biscuits with a Cheshire cat. Terence was a badger, who knew he was a badger, Terence was a badger, who knew, who knew…?

Strawberry Fair Oh it was so good there, she was a pretty girl, with pretty hair, everything seemed to amuse there, as we lay on the grass we laughed at the air. every thing was happy, sunny, and bright, your blonde hair reflects in colours of light, oh I can't remember many better days, in all of my life, than midsummer common oh how the sun shone bright. How high was the grass at strawberry fair? how high was the grass at strawberry fair? as we just spent hours laughing at the air, sometimes I wish I could have just stayed there, how high was the grass at strawberry fair? Every thing was happy, sunny, and bright, your blonde hair reflects in colours of light, oh I can't remember many better days, in all of my life, than midsummer common, oh how the sun shone bright.

Sgt Long Grass 'Sgt Long Grass' laying in the long grass, hasn't it become such a task to get up and go to work, simple Simon Sgt Long Grass, laying in the long grass, hasn't it all become such a task. Sgt Long Grass you didn't start no wars today, you didn't do no chores today at all. Simple Simon Sgt Long Grass, Laying in the lush green long grass, Tried to do as little as he could. Sgt Long Grass laying in the long grass, Hasn't it become such a task to get up and go to work.

Harlequin House The Sun shines inside at Harlequin House, everywhere the light lay about the floor, but never gets out, of Harlequin House. The insides the outside at Harlequin House, There is no Garden At Harlequin House, Every where the grass lay about the floor at Harlequin House, It depends who you ask and what you ask them for, At Harlequin House. The love of people at Harlequin House, is easy to come by, so it's easy to ignore at Harlequin House, receiving sunshine at Harlequin House, or not receiving sunshine at all, at Harlequin House. Dreaming at Harlequin House, until I walked out of the, living in Harlequin House until I walked out of the loving at Harlequin House, until I walked out of the door, I did not find love at Harlequin House at all.

The Edgar Arthur Stiff Memorial Home Mrs Belinda Gray, what am I to say? we can't allow you to stay, in your house for ever more. It isn't wise lighting fireworks behind closed doors, even if you kept them in a tin before then...before then! I can't tell what state of mind you're in Belinda Gray, Thank Heavens you paid of the mortgage....Thank God!.. The Edgar Arthur Stiff Memorial Home, still in the land of the living, you're living alone, if you're reaching the age of winter in a twilight zone, and you shouldn't be living on your own, thank god for the memorial home. Mrs Belinda Gray, where does time go away? you've out lived two husbands, Having seen two bloody world wars. Now you don't know if people are fighting, or what their fighting for, they'll probably grow up to be very best friends for sure, this is just what people do but it better not effect you, Because there's still the ironing to do….still the ironing to do….

Mckenzie Crawley Regal Towers Mckenzie Crawley Regal Towers, I have spent so many hours, watching people in this life of ours walk on foot as they stroll, from the ground into the sky, into the sky, into the sky, into the sky….! Mckenzie Crawley Regal Towers, The sun through clouds like heaven showers, portraits of memories in this life of ours, the light of the heavens, paints the world before our eyes, open your eyes, open your eyes, open your eyes, open your eyes! Mckenzie Crawley Gardens is here within these songs, the people who are living there, just keep living on, inside these little songs, a model village on the vicars lawn….!

about

An orchestrated song cycle recorded in the summer of 2012! Embracing psychedelic baroque pop, psychedelia, progressive rock, and more. The album's theme's come from the parallel dimension of 'Mckenzie Crawley Gardens'. Dealing with the fortunes, and trivialities of a microcosmic parallel dimension, located in the model village, a reconstruction of civilisation on the vicars lawn…!
