This is the third section of 'Galaxia'. Featuring a reprise of pt.1 utilising the synthesised sound I created earlier this year and appropriately christened 'I.O'. (Naming my sounds after the moons of Jupiter at the time, not the easiest filing system in this galaxy as it happens.) Pt.3 has a minimalist approach to applying different scale runs from the same key but in different modalities syncopated on top of each other, creating a polyrhythmic effect. Particularly when offset with my programmed drums, using Indian and middle eastern drum samples.

Beneath the chaos of the various runs, the A major chord emerges very much the one letter, four tone initial of the 'Galaxia' suite. I was aiming to create a musical magic eye to exemplify the sound of 'Galaxia' emerging around the universe, slowly. Have a good time with these patterns......
