The Museum of the Future, a museum in the 4th dimension, which happens to be at the end of 'Mill Road'! The museum of the future holds inventions of the past (now!) that are/were pivotal to the events of the future. The song reinforces a theme found in science fiction stories about a mans life adding to a tapestry of ideas that is continued throughout human history. It depicts this through the museum of the future. Also the nature of personality is explored, via the need to commerate individuals whose contribution is seen to be extraordinary in all manner of strange ways….The point is that speculation as to ways in which humanity can develop is never a bad thing!!!!
